Seller Eligibility, Product Liability, and Structural Restrictions
1. Peer-to-Peer (C2C) Marketplace Model
Old World Europe Antiques LTD (the "Company") operates strictly as a venue and platform provider connecting independent individual private sellers with buyers. This marketplace operates exclusively on a Peer-to-Peer (Consumer-to-Consumer / C2C) model.

2. Strict Prohibition of Commercial Entities
Registration, listing, and selling on this platform are strictly restricted to private individuals acting in a non-commercial, hobbyist, or private collector capacity. Registered business entities, commercial corporations, sole traders (acting in a commercial capacity), or any legal persons engaging in professional trade are expressly prohibited from registering as sellers.

3. Compliance with Packaging and Environmental Laws (EPR)
Since all sellers are private individuals conducting occasional private sales of their personal property, sellers acknowledge that they are individually responsible for ensuring their personal compliance with any local postal or occasional shipping guidelines. Old World Europe Antiques LTD acts solely as a payment and platform facilitator and assumes no liability for the packaging, compliance, or individual environmental obligations of independent private sellers under European Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws, packaging acts (including but not limited to the German VerpackG / LUCID, French EPR, or Austrian packaging regulations), or any equivalent global environmental directives.

4. Product and Shipping Liability
Each individual independent seller bears sole and absolute responsibility for the authenticity, description, quality, safety, and legal compliance of the items they list and sell on the platform. Furthermore, the seller is entirely responsible for the secure, proper, and safe packaging of the product, as well as ensuring its successful delivery to the buyer. Old World Europe Antiques LTD acts exclusively as an intermediary platform and payment facilitator, and under no circumstances shall the Company be held liable for any damaged, lost, misdescribed, or defective items, nor for any disputes arising from the shipping and handling process conducted by the individual sellers.

5. Prohibited Items, Illegal Goods, and Absolute Liability
The listing, sale, or shipment of any illegal, restricted, or prohibited items on this platform is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to: narcotics, drugs, illegal substances, prescription medications, weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, stolen property, or any items that violate local or international laws. The individual seller assumes sole, absolute, and unlimited criminal and civil liability for any items they list, sell, or ship to a buyer.

Old World Europe Antiques LTD maintains a zero-tolerance policy; any seller attempting to list or trade prohibited or illegal goods will be permanently banned from the platform immediately. In the event of a violation of this Prohibited Items policy, the Company reserves the absolute right to freeze and withhold any pending payouts to the seller, cancel the transaction, and fully refund the buyer directly from the held funds. Furthermore, the Company will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities, including providing all seller registration data and transaction history to the police and government investigators.
6. Tax Compliance and Reporting Obligations
Individual private sellers are solely responsible for declaring and paying any personal income taxes, capital gains taxes, or local duties arising from their sales on this platform. Old World Europe Antiques LTD does not act as a tax agent and assumes no liability for the tax compliance of its users. The Company will fully comply with all statutory tax reporting and financial data disclosure obligations required by local and international tax authorities.
