This is a collectible set of four antique English folding pocket knives, all made by the renowned maker Richard's of Sheffield. These pieces likely date to the Mid-20th Century (1930s to 1950s).
The handles feature a distinctive patterned metal casing (possibly nickel silver or steel). Three of the handles are a bright silver-tone, and one handle is a slightly yellow/golden tone. This difference is part of the set's history—it may be a different metal composition, a brass base, or simply show a different aging patina.
Dimensions (Approximate Closed Lengths):
Largest Knife: 7.7 cm (13.5 cm open)
Second Largest: 7.5 cm (16 cm open)
Third Largest: 5.5 cm (11 cm open)
Smallest Knife: 4.8 cm (8 cm open)
Maker: All four knives are marked Richard's Sheffield and are stamped "Stainless Blade".
Perfect For: Collectors of antique English cutlery, vintage tool enthusiasts, or as rustic display pieces.
