This is a striking three-piece antique ceramic set, an authentic and highly collectible example of Art Nouveau pottery from the renowned Amphora Ceramics Works of Teplitz-Turn (Bohemia, now Czech Republic).
The set includes a central deep, bowl-shaped jardiniere/vase and a matching pair of tall, twin-handled vases. The pieces feature a beautiful, deep cobalt blue glaze contrasting vividly with the raised, naturalistic applied floral designs in creamy white and sage-green—a style consistent with Amphora’s most sought-after work from this period. Each piece is finished with decorative handles.
Identifying Marks and Maker.
The base of the pottery is marked with the Amphora factory mark associated with Reissner, Stellmacher & Kessel (RStK), securely dating these pieces to the prime Art Nouveau period (c. 1892–1918). The mark includes a stylized 'R' or 'RS' beneath a crown (visible in photos). The impressed number 382 is the specific mold or shape number used by the factory.
